By making a prepayment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
Booking & Payment
To secure your preferred date and time, a non-refundable AED 300 prepayment is required.
This amount is applied toward your total balance and ensures the date is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be offered to other clients.
If deposit is not received within 24 hours, the date will be released and offered to other clients.
The remaining balance is due immediately after the session or within 24 hours to avoid delays in editing and delivery.
Rescheduling &
Cancellations
In case of plan changes, please notify me at least 7 days in advance.
You may reschedule once within 1 month from the original booking date.
Additional rescheduling will require a new booking and prepayment.
Emergencies are considered individually.
Late Arrivals & Overtime
My waiting time is counted as my working time if you are late.
Late arrivals of over 10 minutes will shorten your actual shooting time.
Any overtime beyond the scheduled session will be charged at my prorated rate of AED 2000/hour, calculated as follows: 15 min – AED 500, 30 min – AED 1000, 1 hour - AED2000.
Editing Style
By booking a shoot, you agree to my color correction style and artistic vision, which I apply with care as the creator.
For a standard 1-hour session, the client will receive a minimum of 120 color-corrected images (70–80% in color and 20–30% in black & white).
If you prefer not to receive B&W images or would like a different ratio, please inform me before the shoot or immediately after the session.
Minor distractions (trash, signs, temporary blemishes) may be removed at my discretion. I do not offer body or facial alterations, retouch.
Retouch service is available for an extra charge.
After edited photos are delivered, no further amendments will be made, except for changing a black & white image to color or vice versa. Such requests must be submitted within 1 week of receiving the gallery.
Refunds and re-edits beyond what is stated in these terms are not available.
Delivery
Edited photos and videos (depending on the package) will be ready within 10 days from the full payment date.
All final JPG images in color correction will be stored online for 1 year from the delivery date.
I do not provide RAW files unless agreed before the shoot.
Copyright & Usage
I reserve the right to use the images and video material for my portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes.
If you wish to keep your images private, please inform me in writing prior to the photoshoot.
Clients are granted the right to use all delivered material for personal purposes and for commercial purposes (including magazines, publications, and similar), provided that the photographer’s full name is credited in each commercial use. Images may not be altered or have filters applied without the photographer’s prior consent for commercial publication.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits in advance, including pre-approved photoshoot permits for venues such as hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, or similar, if applicable to the chosen location.
The photographer is not responsible for delays or restrictions caused by the absence of such permits.
Additional Charges
In addition to the session fee, the following charges may apply if relevant to your booking:
Express delivery – 48-hour turnaround for AED 1000.
Extra Videographer - AED 1000
Travel fees – Bab Al Shams / Al Qudra / Jabel Ali AED 250, Desert AED 500, Abu Dhabi or other city AED 500 and minimum booking time is 2-hours.
Studio rental – starting from AED 315.
Makeup & hairstylist – recommendations available; paid directly to the service provider.
Rentals – vintage cars, dress, furniture or other styling elements.
Location permit fees – if required by the venue (e.g., hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, private estates, parks).
Entry tickets – where applicable.
Overtime – charged at my prorated rate.
